Girls Tennis: Congratulations to Natalie
Kaiser on being runner up in the regional tennis match yesterday and qualifying
for state on May 30 and 31. If you see her, wish her luck!
The Senior
Girls Golf team placed second in the final leg of the city meet with Wednesday's
score at the Meadows
being a 366 for a two day total of 734. Leading
the way for the RAMS was Abby Marting with a 79-79, followed by Breanna
Felderman with an 85-81, and Claire Siegert with a pair of 96s, followed by her
teammate Lillian Donath with a 110. Abby Marting was also your individual City
Champ.
Their next meet
is regionals being held at the Meadows on Monday.
The DSHS Key
Club will be holding a bake sale on May 21st and 22nd during all lunch
periods. Items will be priced at a
dollar each and all the proceeds will be donated to the Marjory Stoneman
Douglas Scholarship fund in memory of the victims of the February 14th shooting
in Parkland Florida. Come support this
great cause and enjoy some delicious baked goods!
Parking Lottery sign up for next year has begun!! Student’s that will be 12th grade for the 2018-19 school year may stop by the AP office and sign up for the parking lottery. Names will be announced in August at Registration, for students that will be able to purchase parking stickers.
If you are signed up to take AP US History in the 2018-2019 school
year, please plan on attending one of the following meetings to pick up summer
reading materials.

ACTIVITIES
Swimming Meetings:
The Women’s Swimming and Diving Team will have an informational meeting on
Tuesday, May 22nd in room B142 at 7:15 AM or 2:30 PM. Any returning or interested athletes are
encouraged to attend and learn about summer training opportunities and August
practice schedules. If you are unable to
attend, please see Coach Huff before the end of the school year.
The Men’s Swim Team will have an informational meeting on
Wednesday, May 23rd in room B142 at 7:15 AM or 2:30 PM. Again, any returning or interested athletes
are encouraged to attend to learn about summer and fall training opportunities. If you are unable to attend, please see Coach

your sports season? If so, you need to

Are you taking
the ACT in JUNE? Or maybe just sometime in the future? Come join us for FREE
ACT prep session next week! Jason Derby will be back to give you great ACT prep
strategies for FREE after school in B149 on Mondays and Wednesdays starting May
14th and ending May 23rd.

June 11 to July 20. Wages are $8.50 an hour - you must commit to a 40-hour workweek.
