Ramfam let's spread the word to end the word. On Wednesday, March 1st stop outside the cafeteria 5th hour and take the pledge to end the R-word. The R-word hurts because it is exclusive, offensive, and derogatory. Come sign the pledge to show your support for the Special Olympics team, your fellow classmates, and towards creating more accepting attitudes and communities for all people.

On Saturday, February 25th the Special Olympics team travelled to Clinton IA to compete in the east area swim meet. Six athletes competed in several events including a 4-person relay. All the athletes earned a first place ribbon in one of their events, which qualifies them for state.
