Student/Athletes
If you participated in a Fall Sport and you were assigned an athletic locker – you NEED to have your lockers cleaned out NO LATER than Thursday, November 5th (with the exception of Football Players who are using a Caged Locker – you do NOT need to clean your lockers out). Boys – make sure you return the padlocks that were given to you to the Activities Office.
EVEN if you are participating in a Winter Sport – you NEED to clean your lockers out and return your padlocks!
Anything left in lockers after Friday, November 6th will be removed.
Thank you for your cooperation and help as we get ready for our Winter Sports season!
“If you are currently taking a science class and want to attend the field trip to the Shedd Aquarium and Planetarium in Chicago on November 16th, there are a few seats still available. If you have not gotten a permission slip, see Mr. Kohl in B233 today during 5th or 6th hour and let him know who your science teacher is. Permission slips and payment will be turned into the business office. It is first come first serve for the remaining spots. All permission slips and payments are due by this Wednesday.”
Good job to all of the seniors who participated in our annual College Application Campaign! Over 60 students attended and were able to get multiple application out to prospective colleges, work on essays and search for scholarships. University of Wisconsin-Platteville, Loras College, Clarke University, University of Dubuque and NICC were all present.
Thank you to the teachers who participated in the door decorating and wearing your college spirit. The World Cultures wing represented well, but Mrs. Heidesch took the prize for best door. A reminder to all students – your teachers are great resources in learning more about post-secondary options. Talk to them about their experiences.
The following students have been selected to The Dubuque Youth Area Leadership Council as the top 100. Congratulations to
· Justin Blum
· Evan Van Vleck
· JaNiese Jensen
· Brittany Smith
· Josephine Mills
· Jacob Hansen
· Kailani Biehl
· Lauren Pinchuk

A special thanks to all the wonderful RAM applicants and the great leadership you provide.
