Any High School Student interested in robotics is invited to check out the First Tech Challenge and First Robotics Competition Teams. New this year is a Rookie season for our High School First Tech Challenge team. Please come to the game kickoff event held at Roosevelt on Saturday, September 12th from 8-12, then join them for an informational meeting at Senior High School in room 201A on Tuesday, September 15th from 3-5. If you are interested in First Robotics Competition their informational meeting will be held Monday, September 21st from 3-5 at Hempstead in the Former Pool Area. See your school email for more information.

 STUDENT ANNOUNCEMENTS

Congratulations to the Rams on two outstanding individuals receiving their Eagle Awards!

Congratulations to Zach Chesterman and Caiden Cole on recently passing the Scouting Eagle Board of Review.  The rank of Eagle is the most prestigious award in scouting demonstrating leadership and community involvement. 

Zach's Eagle project was the purchase and installation of playground turf at Holy Trinity's Lutheran Noah's Ark Preschool.

Caiden's project was the addition of birdhouses at the Veterans Freedom Center and Swiss Valley Park. Caiden also was recognized as the volunteer of the year at Resource Unite for the installation of a children's book lending library. 

The High School Art Exhibit at the Dubuque Museum of Art open reception will be April 2nd from 4:00-6:00pm.  We look forward to seeing you there!
