COUNSELORS OFFICE

Congratulations to all seniors who have made a decision about their plans for after they graduate! This is no easy feat and the Ram Family is proud of you!!

National College Decision Day is coming up on May 1st! This day is typically when colleges request that students planning to attend their institution in the fall, commit to their school.

This day is also celebrated to recognize all seniors that make a decision to continue their education beyond high school. Our students at Dubuque Senior are pursuing several options including: full time employment, going to a 2-year or 4-year college, enlisting in the military, providing service to others, or enrolling in a certificate or apprenticeship program.

All these options will help improve employability and life skills for our RAMS to be successful in their future.

Congratulate a senior! Ask them their plans! And seniors...let us know where you are heading off to by sporting attire from your future college, military branch or employer on MAY 1st!

Share pictures and celebrate via social media by sharing with our @seniorRamFam, @dshs_counselors and use hashtags: #ReachHigher, #IADecisionDay, and #IACollegeAid
