Loras College is offering the second annual Peace Institute this summer from July 23-July 26th. Topics covered will include: peace with self, peace with community, peace with creation, and peace with the world. If you're interested in hearing more, come to a meeting in the School Counseling Office this Thursday, March 1st during either "A" or "D" study. You will be able to meet co-director Brenna and ask any questions you might have. Scholarships are available. Check in with Mrs. Anderson in A219 if you would like more information.

Students--We haven't had a full week of school yet this month.....how are your grades looking?  Have you missed any tests or quizzes?  If your academics need a little support and attention, consider attending Dubuque Senior High School's FAST program this Friday from 7:30-8:30 AM in the school learning resource center/library. Our para-educators and NHS student tutors would be happy to help you get your academics on track.  Hope to see you this Friday morning.

Do you like science? Do you like to do labs? Are you competitive? If so you should consider joining Dubuque Senior’s Chemistry Olympics club. See Mr. Gates in room B242 to express your interest and to get more information.”

Staff and Students:  The yellow recycling bins in the classrooms are just for paper, plastic, and cardboard.  The RAM recyclers are finding a lot of other garbage in the bins like tissues, food, paper towels, and gum.  Please be respective and throw these items in the garbage.
