STUDENT NEWS

Last Friday, Dubuque Senior sent a team of students to Des Moines to compete in the  I’ll Make Me A World In Iowa  20th Anniversary Black History Quiz Game.  That team of students competed against other high school teams from the state in a strongly contested event.  After scoring a bevy of point the in first of the day, the Dubuque Senior High Team encountered a tough loss in the semifinals against a strong Iowa City West team.  Please congratulate Rams; Jalen Hillebrand, Serjon Bennett, Alexandria Cheatham, Maalik Harris, Caity Linley and Kalyayah Martin on a job well done.

Book Club will meet in the library on Wednesday Jan 31st at 2:25 to discuss Lady Midnight

Lost and Found Items:  We would hate for you not to re-connect with your lost item.  Stop by Room the Intervention Room to take a look.  Items will be donated at the end of the week.

The next Gay Straight Alliance meeting will be held in E45 on February 1 in E45. Come hang out with friends and discuss upcoming events.

Staff and Students:  The yellow recycling bins in the classrooms are just for paper, plastic, and cardboard.  The RAM recyclers are finding a lot of other garbage in the bins like tissues, food, paper towels, and gum.  Please be respective and throw these items in the garbage.
