STUDENT NEWS

There will be a NHS meeting on Tuesday during A/D study time in the Auditorium. We will be discussing upcoming service opportunities, including The Man Pageant. Please plan to be there, or contact Mrs. Fischer if you are unable to attend.

If you are in Battle of the Books, all teams will have a meeting Wednesday morning in the library at 7:15.

If you are in Book Club, we are meeting this Wednesday at 2:25 in the library to discuss Graceling.

Do you like to write just for fun? Do you get hand cramps from writing for hours? Do you yearn for a place where none of your work is graded and you can still get helpful feedback? We have a club for you! Dubuque Senior has recently resurfaced the long forgotten Writing club this 2017 school year! “The Scribes” is a club that welcomes all novice writers, no matter the skill level, to come write, share and give helpful feedback to fellow “Scribes”. The first meeting will be held Wednesday January 25th at 2:30 in A-213. Sign-up sheets are in the majority of English classrooms. Any questions? Please talk to Mrs. Williams in A-213.

If we do not receive your lock and your locker is not cleared out by the end of the day on Wednesday, Jan 25th, your locker will be cleared out and you may be charged for your lock.

Also – if you are using a locker that was not assigned to you by the Activities Office, you need to stop up to the Activities Office or your locker will be cleared out at the end of the day on Wednesday as well.
