Congratulations to the JV men’s swim team on their win at the Cedar Rapids Washington JV Invitational. The Rams swimmers won 7 of 11 events to run away with the team title by more than 130 points. Event winners included Carter Bauer, Yancy Choquet, Matt Fetzer, Mike Friend, Pato Heiderscheit, Ben Kubitz, Landon Kraus, and Tom Tigges. Special congratulations to Ben Kubitz who set a new meet record in winning the 50 Free.

Application forms for the next session of Driver's Ed may be picked up at the Business Office beginning today, January 26th. Forms may not be turned back in until February 16th.

Renaissance students can stop by the AP office before and after to school to get their IDs stamped for 1st semester.

ATTENTION ALL STUDENTS!

Are you looking at going out for Track & Field this spring? MAKE SURE you stop in the Activities Office to get signed up – even if you are currently doing a winter sport. PLEASE do not leave class to sign up, come in between classes or before or after school. You will need all required paperwork and a current physical – so make sure you do this soon. The first official practice is February 16th!

There will be a Men's Track Meeting Thursday, Feb. 12th in the Library at 2:45 pm.

The 6th Annual Pink Out against cancer will be held Tuesday, February 10th during the home game against Hempstead. This year we will be honoring Luke Kalb, a Senior HS graduate and former Ram basketball player who is currently battling liver cancer. This year the theme is Hoops For Hope. T-shirt forms can be picked up in the Activities Office. All forms and money need to be turned into the Activities Office by 3 pm TODAY. Thank you for your support!

Auditions for the 2015 Dubuque Senior Talent Show are fast approaching!! The talent show is your chance to be center stage and in the spotlight – and win some great prizes! We are looking for talented singers, dancers, comedians, musicians and more. If you can lip sync to Beyoncé’s “Single Ladies” or make a rabbit appear out of a hat or saw a small child in half or juggle fire or lift an entire car with one hand, you should audition! Auditions are Monday, February 9th and Tuesday, February 10th. Stop in to the Assistant Principal’s Office TODAY for talent show guidelines and to sign up for an audition time. See you at auditions!

​​Attention Senior! We would like to congratulate all blood donors again for donating at our Fall Blood Drive and setting the Dubuque record of 84 units. Our annual Spring Blood is coming up again and will be held Friday, March 27th. If you will be 16 years of age aby the time of the Blood Drive, you are eligible to participate. Permission and Information sheets will be available February 16th in the stucco zone during lunch. Permission sheets must be signed by a parent or guardian and brought to the mandatory donor meeting during either A or D study on Tuesday March 24th. Remember, every donation saves 3 lives.

Job Openings – check out the bulletin board by the guidance office if interested in finding a part time job. Recent openings include The Meadows Golf Club and Swiss Colony Data Center in Dickeyville WI. Both places will work around your school schedule.

The Dubuque Community Y is looking for creative, responsible people to be a part of a team that provides fun and educational activities for K-5th graders. This before/after school program is held at various schools sites throughout Dubuque.
