COLLEGE OF THE WEEK(Clarke University): Clarke has 16 Varsity Athletic Teams: Baseball, Basketball, Bowling, Cross Country, Golf, Soccer, Track and Field, Volleyball, Softball. Clarke also has Pom Squad and a Competitive Dance Team.

HOMECOMING GUEST FORMS: Homecoming is October 5th and students bringing a guest that does NOT attend Senior High School will need to pick up a Homecoming Guest form in the AP office. The forms need to be returned to the AP office by October 3rd.
SPANISH CLUB: Spanish Club will have its first meeting TODAY in Señora Prine’s room, E-43. There will be meetings at 7:15 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. If you are interested in being a part of our Club de Español you only need to attend ONE of these meeting to sign up. Hope to see you there! Hasta pronto!

Over 100 colleges and universities will be present to answer your questions and share information with you. Also, look for upcoming information on colleges and careers on the bulletin outside of the cafeteria.

CAREER EXPLORATION: Interested in a career as a police officer or law enforcement? This is your chance to explore the career firsthand with the Dubuque Police Department Exploring Post. You will learn what it takes to pursue the career and participate in hands-on projects such as crime scene investigation, patrol techniques, fingerprinting, firearms handling and safety and much more. The first meeting is Wednesday, Sept. 18th at 6:00 at the Dubuque Police Dept. Stop in guidance for an application and more info.
