OPEN Weightlifting will take a pause as we transition from Fall to Winter sports. There will be no open lifting from November 9 until we “open” again the week of November 29.

Sport specific out-of-season weightlifting, and in-season sport specific weightlifting can take place (in-season sports take priority in the weight room).



Open weightlifting will resume again the week of November 29. Look for more information as we get closer to that date.

STUDENT ANNOUNCEMENTS

Girl’s Basketball: There will be an informational meeting Tuesday, November 2nd at 2:30 in the Lower Gym for any anyone interested. Make sure to stop by the Activities Office, even if you are currently in a sport, to make sure you have all of the required paperwork needed to sign up. Don’t wait until the last day!
