The Robotics Club will be participating in the FIRST Robotics World’s Championship in Detroit Michigan, April 24th- 26th.  Good Luck to all of you.  Let’s give them a 3 RAMS Clap. 

Advance Prom Tickets are on sale NOW in the Business Office.  The prices are $15 for Senior High students and $30 for Senior High student/guest.  All guest tickets MUST be purchased by Thursday, April 25th, 3:00pm.    Senior High Students may purchase Prom tickets at the dance/door for $20, NO GUEST TICKETS will be sold at the dance/door! 

Hey Senior Ram Fam! Your very own Gay-Straight Alliance is hosting a very special speaker, Thursday, April 18th, from 2:45 – 3:30. Tara Adelmund will be joining the group to discuss her life as an LGBT woman in the town of Dubuque. There will also be munchies to snack on while listening! We hope to see you there!

Interested in joining the award winning Dubuque Senior Color Guard?   You’re in luck!  We will be holding workshops, which are right around the corner.  April 23rd, 25th, 30th and May 2nd from 6:00-8:00 pm in Nora Gym.  For more information, see Mrs. Miller in A114. 

Any 12th grade baseball player is eligible for the Scott Althoff Memorial Scholarship. This scholarship is given out each year to a deserving senior in Scotts honor. If you are interested in this scholarship, please see Mr. Felderman sometime this week for information. Thanks.

DRIVERS ED:  NICC is now accepting registration for driver's education sessions that begin in June.  Registration must be done through NICC.  Please stop by the Business Office or the Counseling Center for information on how to register with NICC.

Camp Wyoming (located in Jones County, Iowa) is in need of volunteers this summer.  Comer serve as a volunteer counselor for one week and earn 120 volunteer or community service hours.  Volunteers are needed during the weeks of June 23-28, July 7-12 and July 14-19.  Volunteers must be age 16 and current sophomores in high school or older to apply.  This volunteer opportunity will count toward your Silver Cord !   For more information – stop in the Counseling Office. 

The counseling office is hosting a free presentation on career and college planning for high school sophomores, juniors and their parents.  The presentation will be led by an advisor from the Iowa College Access Network on Monday, April 22nd at 6;30-7:30p.m. in the Cafeteria.
