STUDENT NEWS

The following student’s
may stop by the AP office to pick up their card for a free burrito from Pancheros: Michael Simpson (12), Karissa Demoss (11), Evelyn Cook (10), and Jasslee Shaffer (9).

The Discovery Club is hiking at Whitewater Canyon on Sunday, April 2nd from noon to 3:00 p.m. Come and join us to see the spectacular view from the overlook, the land bridge, and the Valley of the 13 Caves. Bring your friends along. Contact Ms. Pfohl and Ms. Koch for more info.

The DSHS Key Club
has recently elected new officers! They would like to congratulate Avery Fischel who won the presidency, Olivia Kruse who was elected Vice President, El Taverna who will serve as Public Relations, Andie Waller who will become treasurer, Sydney Ringold who was elected secretary and Jenna Meehan as lieutenant governor.

They would like to thank outgoing officers who are graduating, Allison Kirk who served as secretary and Grace Tsui who served as Lieutenant Governor during the past year for their dedication to key club over the years. As well as a big Thank You to everyone who voted and ran for an office!

And the WINNER OF OUR SCHOOL BREAKFAST CHALLENGE HDMX Wireless Portable Speaker goes to….. Michael Small.

Registration Forms
for the next session of Driver's Ed are now available and may be picked up in the Business Office or the Counseling Office.

Students - you may order yearbooks for the 2016-17 school year up until April 1, 2017. We will not be ordering extra books so if you want one, your order must be in by that date. Books can be ordered through the online student payment portal or the Business Office. Books are $45. If you order a book, it will be available for pickup at registration for the 2017-18 school year.


STUCO ZONE

If you are an avid painter, sculptor, photographer, or fashion designer Dubuque Senior would like to showcase your work in the upcoming Art and Fashion Show! The show will be held in the cafeteria on March 22nd at 6:30pm. This event will be filled with great music, great art, and features our very own rams as prom dress fashion models. If you would like to submit a form of art to display at the show please contact Mrs. Sheehan in room A124.

STUDENTS –
If you are going out for a spring sport and still need to take the Impact Concussion Test, the next available time to take the test will be Monday, March 20th at 2:30 in the Writer Place. If you have any questions, please touch base with your coach.


Are you going out for Cheerleading? If you still need a cheer packet, you can pick one up in the Activities Office. All forms are DUE March 27th at the first Try-Out Clinic – NO EXCEPTIONS!!
