Respect Retreat Student Leaders--Please check the list outside of the AP office for the day you are assigned to assist with the retreat. You will also need to record what you will do for lunch that day.

Ninety students have signed up to attend American Players Theatre's production of King Lear on Wednesday, September 14. In order to secure your seat. please bring a signed permission slip, health information, and payment to the business office (across from 219) on or before Friday, September 2.

Starting today the elevators at Senior High School will require a prox-card to open the doors. Due to the age of the elevator and the need for students and staff with injuries it is important to limit the use of it. Any student with a medical need must stop by the nurse’s office to sign-up for a prox-card.

The debate team will be hosting informational meetings on Friday, September 2 at 8:20am and Tuesday, September 6 at 2:30pm. Both meetings will be held in A124. You do not need to attend both. Come by and learn about the big plans we have for the Senior debate team this year!

There will be an NHS meeting during A/D lunches, TODAY in the Auditorium. Please contact Mrs. Fischer if you are unable to attend.

Unscripted, Dubuque Senior's Improv Comedy Troupe
will hold open workshops Tuesday Sept 6th, Thursday Sept 8th, and Tuesday Sept 13th from 2:30-4:00 in Rm A209 with Auditions to be held after school on Thursday Sept 15th. It is important to attend as many of the workshops as possible to learn the games we will be using for auditions. Any questions see Mr. Ernzen in B237. Come be a part of the fun!

Hear ye! Hear Ye!!!
Ninety students have signed up to attend American Players Theater's production of King Lear on Wednesday, September 14. In order to secure your seat. please bring a signed permission slip, health information, and payment to the business office (across from 219) on or before Friday, September 2.

Do you like to eat? Are you interested in a career involving food or farming? If so - be sure to check out Food For A Changing Planet - a free lecture this Thursday night at Clarke University. Fred Kirschenmann, a respected writer, philosopher, and farmer will talk about future career opportunities and issues facing the next generation of farmers, food scientists, and chefs, and discuss how climate change will affect our world food supply. The event begins at 6 p.m. in the Clarke Atrium with free snacks. The keynote lecture will begin at 7 p.m. The event is free and open to anyone. This lecture is part of the Driftless Farm & Food Fest, which the Dubuque Community School District is a sponsor of.

Do you like to eat? Are you interested in a career involving food or farming? If so - be sure to check out Food For A Changing Planet - a free lecture this Thursday night at Clarke University. Fred Kirschenmann, a respected writer, philosopher, and farmer will talk about future career opportunities and issues facing the next generation of farmers, food scientists, and chefs, and discuss how climate change will affect our world food supply. The event begins at 6 p.m. in the Clarke Atrium with free snacks. The keynote lecture will begin at 7 p.m. The event is free and open to anyone. This lecture is part of the Driftless Farm & Food Fest, which the Dubuque Community School District is a sponsor of.
