We will be holding a lottery to move several 11th grade students’ vehicles (with Junior lot parking stickers) to the Senior parking lot. The lottery will be held the last week of September. You must have purchased a Junior parking sticker prior to the lottery date to be in the lottery drawing. Starting October 3rd Junior parking lot stickers will be sold to 10th grade students. Only students with 2011 parking lot stickers will be allowed to park in the school parking lots. All other vehicles will be ticketed and towed. Mr. Merritt

*Students will be admitted to the game by showing their Activity Pass. Students that do not have an Activity Pass will be required to buy a $5.00 ticket.
*ID Cards – Students are required to have their ID Card in their possession at the game. Failure to provide the card if asked will result in dismissal from the stadium.
*Senior is the home team. Treat cheerleaders, band, and other spectators with proper respect. Show true RAM pride!! *Please remain on the home side throughout the game. Also, throwing of objects in the stands is not allowed. Fans violating this policy may be removed from game.
*Please, stand at attention during the National Anthem. Also, if you are wearing a hat at this time, remove it.
*No loitering will be allowed behind the concession area. Please stay in the stands and watch the game.

BASEBALL GAME: The tenth annual Scott Althoff Memorial Alumni Baseball Game will be held at 10 AM on Saturday, September 17 at Petrakis Park. Scott was a member of the 1996 MVC Championship team and was killed in a hit and run accident in July of 2002. Proceeds from the game go to a $500 scholarship which is given to a deserving senior on the Senior High Baseball team. Tickets for the game can be purchased for $3 at the gate. We hope to see you at the ball park!

UPPER ROOM: The Upper Room will sponsor our annual Back to School Party this Saturday. The party will be held at the Barrington Lake Picnic Area from 4:00 - 9:00 pm. Bring pop or food to share. Everyone is welcome!

This Friday evening, both the sophomore and varsity football games will be played at the University of Dubuque. The sophomore game will start at 5:00 p.m. with the varsity to follow at 7:15.

Students will be admitted to the game by showing their Activity Pass. Students that do not have an Activity Pass will be required to buy a $5.00 ticket.

ID Cards – Students are required to have their ID Card in their possession at the game. Failure to provide the card if asked will result in dismissal from the stadium.

Senior is the home team. Treat cheerleaders, band, and other spectators with proper respect. Please remain on the home side throughout the game. Also, throwing of objects in the stands is not allowed. Fans violating this policy may be removed from game.

Please, remove your hat and stand quietly at attention during the National Anthem. These few moments of respect are appropriate and expected behavior.

When the game ends, do not run onto the field. Please allow the teams to shake hands and the losing team to leave the field. After this has taken place, you can celebrate with our team.

VOLLEYBALL: The Varsity will play this weekend at the Davenport West Invitational and will have their home opener this Tuesday, September 6th against Waterloo West. Match time is 7:00pm.

REMINDERS FOR FRIDAY NIGHT’S FOOTBALL GAME WITH WAHLERT:

The sophomore game starts at 5:00 p.m. and the varsity game will start at 7:30 p.m.

This is an intra-city game, so activity passes and athletic booklets may not be used. All students must purchase a ticket for this game. Tickets are $5.00.

Senior is the home team. Treat cheerleaders, band, and other spectators with proper respect. Show true RAM pride!! Please remain on the home side throughout the game. Also, throwing of objects in the stands is not allowed. Fans violating this policy may be removed from the game.

Please, stand at attention during the National Anthem. Also, if you are wearing a hat at this time, remove it.

The community’s focus will be on this intra-city game. This is not only an opportunity for us to show what an outstanding football team we have, but to also show the respect, sportsmanship, and class that Senior High expects from all of us. Keep cheers positive and appropriate and treat cheerleaders, band, and other spectators with proper respect. Show your true Ram class!

There are to be no banners, signs, or noisemakers used during the contest.

When the game ends, do not run onto the field. Please allow the teams to shake hands and the losing team to leave the field. After this has taken place, you can celebrate with our team.
