STUDENT NEWS

If you are going out for either Men’s Basketball or Wrestling- you NEED to sign up in the Activities Office to make sure you have all the required paperwork on file.  Both basketball and wrestling begin on Monday, November 12th.  Don’t wait until the last minute to get signed up.  See Mrs. Woodward in the Activities Office for more information. 


Grade 12 Students – If you have exempted from taking a Wellness Class your Senior year, you will need to attend CPR Training TOMORROW Friday, November 9th.  The training will start promptly at 6:50a.m. in Nora Gymnasium.  The training will end at 8:30a.m.  If you have any questions regarding CPR Completion, please see Kim Strang in the Registrar Office.

The Team Scramble math competition is taking place TODAY during 1st period in D156. The team competes as one large team, so contest is great for students at any level of math!  The more students involved the better! No need to sign up in advance. See you 1st period!

We are looking for peer leaders to be experts on the items in the Makerspace, including coding materials, a sewing machine, a cricut, and more.  If you are willing to learn and train other on these items, please stop by the library and talk to Mrs. Bontemps. 

BOWLING TRYOUTS:  Tryouts will be held this week at Cherry Lanes from 2:45-4:00.    Men’s , TODAY Thursday, November 8th.  You MUST be signed up in the Activities Office prior OR you CAN NOT tryout. 

Attention all WRESTLERS!   There will be a Mandatory Parent/Player meeting TONIGHT Thursday, November 8th at 7:00p.m. in the Cafeteria.  Please make sure you are signed up in the Activities Office if you are going out for wrestling this winter.  If you have any questions, please see Coach Connolly or Coach Kohl. 

Attention RAM FAM.  The National Honor Society Food Drive for Vets has been extended till November 9th.  Please be part of this "pay it forward" initiative by bringing canned goods to Mrs. Fischer's room, B-234.  ALL students in ALL grades are encouraged to donate.  Any and every donation is greatly appreciated.  Thank you!

Class of 2019 - Senior photos are due to the yearbook staff by Friday, November 30th. Attach your photos as a jpeg file and email them to dubuquesenior@gmail.com. Make sure your name is in the subject line and spelled, capitalized, etc. as you would like it to appear. If you have any questions, see Mrs. Jackman in E45.
