Congratulations to the students who represented Senior High School at 42nd annual University of Wisconsin Platteville Mathematics Meet and earned 3rd place honors in Division 1 competition. Students who participated are Naomi Brehm, Ellie Burns, Cody Krause, Josh Mauss, Pooja Patel, Chris Sullivan, Alice Tsui, Wes Brimeyer, Jacob Dean, Tatum Hallstoos, Tessa Kemp, Colin Sindt, Nadia Waid and Brandon Yuan. Students who earned All-Academic Team honors are Tessa Kemp, Nadia Waid, Wes Brimeyer, Brandon Yuan, and Chris Sullivan also. Way to go Senior! Please congratulate these students when you see them.

The Veterinary Medicine Exploring Program has been finalized!!   PetMed Animal Health Center is partnering with Exploring again to offer a program for students on Veterinary Medicine.  The first meeting is Tuesday, November 18th, 2014 from 7-8:00 p.m. at PetMed Animal Health Center located at 1170 Iowa Street in Dubuque, IA.   PetMed has graciously agreed to take 30 students ONLY.

Students are required to make a reservation with our office in order to participate in this program.

They can do so by contacting Laura at laura.cornelis@scouting.org or by calling the office and asking for Laura or the Exploring Coordinator at (563) 556-4343.

Students may also visit Guidance for additional information.

Hey RAMS…just a reminder, the upcoming fall blood drive will be held Friday November 14th in the small gym. For those of you who are anxious about the process, remember, just one hour of your time is needed to help save three lives. Anyone interested in receiving more information on the donation process, an informational meeting will be held Monday, November 11th during A & D lunch study in room B138. You MUST attend this meeting and have your permission slip ready to be turned in. You can pick up a permission slip in the STUCO zone during all lunches. Reminder, you must be 16 years of age or older to donate. Thanks to the generous contributions of Dubuque Businesses, food will be provided for the donors. Help us save lives and sign up for the bold drive today.
