Tuesday, Sept 13th FINANCIAL AID NIGHT (for seniors and their parents)

-12th grade students and their parents should consider attending this informational program, presented by ICAN (Iowa College Access Network), as the Financial Aid process has been moved up to Oct 1st.

Wednesday, Sept 14th COLLEGE FAIR (great for all students)

-@ Loras College from 6-8pm

-only one in the area

Thursday, Sept 15th LOOK AHEAD LUNCH (great for all students)

-located right outside the cafeteria during lunch time

-Tuesdays and Thursdays only

-college reps and military personnel will be present to answer questions and provide information

Three Ram Claps go out to our 11th and 12th grade Respect Retreat student leaders. They did an amazing job. The retreat would not be successful without them. Thanks!!

Math Club will be starting up this Tuesday, September 13th at 7:05 am. If you are interested in participating in math competitions or learning about some fun math you don’t learn about in class, join us! We will meet in A321, Mrs. Jorgenson’s room. See you then.

If you love Disney or Trivia come to Seniors Disney Trivia Night! Disney Trivia will be held in the cafeteria on Wednesday September 14th from 6:30 to 8:30pm.
Both Open Mic Night and Disney Trivia are free of charge. All Senior students will need their student ID to get in.

Senior's 4th annual open Mic night will be held on Monday September 12th from 6:30 to 8:30pm in the cafeteria. If interested in performing, please sign up in the guidance office. All performers will need to bring their own instruments; 2 microphones will be provided.

Homecoming Dance Tickets are now on sale in the Business Office. The cost of a blue student ticket is $10. If you are purchasing a red ticket for yourself and a guest from another school, the cost of the ticket is $20 and will gain entry to the dance for both you and your guest. Dubuque Senior students will need their 2016-17 student ID WITH PHOTO (not the temporary ID) and their guests will need a picture ID to be admitted to the dance. There will be no exceptions made at the door, so plan ahead to bring your current Student ID and a photo ID for your guest.

Unscripted, Dubuque Senior's Improv Comedy Troupe will hold open workshops Tuesday Sept 13th from 2:30-4:00 in Rm A209 with Auditions to be held after school on Thursday Sept 15th. It is important to attend as many of the workshops as possible to learn the games we will be using for auditions. Any questions see Mr. Ernzen in B237. Come be a part of the fun!
