UPPER ROOM

Come Join Upper Room on Mondays to pray, study the Bible and hang out together. Upper Room meets on Mondays from 7-7:25 am in the Gym Trophy Lobby area.

National Honors Society students--If you enjoy helping others learn volunteering as a FAST student tutor is the place for you. If interested in volunteering Friday mornings from 7:30-8:30, please see Mrs. Fischer or Mrs. Brokus. FAST begins this Friday.

Don't like to sleep in on Fridays? Need help with writing a speech, studying for a test, or completing a project? Then, FAST(Friday Academic Support Time) is for you. Please come to FAST any or every Friday from 7:30 to 8:30 in the Senior library. The only entrance that will be used for FAST is the cafeteria entrance. Hope to see you there this Friday!

Attention Seniors who won the Parking lottery, stickers need to be purchased by tomorrow, September 4th in the AP office. The parking form, proof of insurance, valid registration and driver’s licenses is required.

Like the outdoors? Like to canoe or discover caves? We do these activities and more in the Discovery Club, Senior High School's outdoors club, which meets every Thursday morning at 7:15 in B-249. Come this Thursday to discover the details of our upcoming canoeing and caving trips. That's this Thursday morning at 7:15 in B-249.

Are you interested in current events? Do you like discussing topics with small groups of your peers? Do you like learning about the world and different cultures? If you said yes to any of these questions then plan to check out Model United Nations at our first meeting tomorrow, September 4th @ 8:15 in B139. If you are interested but unable to attend, see Ms. Weiland in B139.

Unscripted, Dubuque Senior's Improv/Comedy Troupe will hold open workshops September 8, 10, and 15 in room A209 from 2:30-4:00. It is important to attend as many workshops as possible to learn the games we will use for auditions which will be held Thursday September 17. If you have any questions see Mr. Ernzen in Rm. 237.

This is our first IM event of the year. Come out and show your skills and see if you can win an intramural T-Shirt. No signup required.
