ARRIVING TO SCHOOL: Beginning Tuesday, September 6th, any student arriving at school after first period will be required to enter the building at the cafeteria entrance. If you have an appointment or arrive at school after 8:30, please make sure you enter sign in at the cafeteria entrance.

KEY CLUB: Key Club is a service group associated with Kiwanis that works to help the Dubuque as well as the world community. Key Club first meeting of the year will be at 7:10 a.m. in Room B241 TODAY to discuss fall activities. Come bring your energy and enthusiasm!

DISCOVERY CLUB: The Discovery Club is back in action, please note our awesome posters found around the school! We are a group that likes to explore the outdoors and give back to our community so anyone who is interested can join by coming to B249 Thursday morning at 7:15 where we will have a meeting to discuss upcoming events. Ms. Pfohl or Mrs. Koch can also answer any questions you might have-we hope to see all of you there!

FYI: Orders taken at registration from the Booster Club will be available for pick up in the Activity Office.

T-SHIRTS: Homecoming t-shirts are being sold in the StuCo Zone in the cafeteria for $10 during all four lunches. Shirts will be sold until Friday, September 9th. Shirts will be blue with the "Hakuna Matata" theme. Buy one today!

ATTENTION FRESHMEN: Student Council Elections are coming up. If you are interested in running for Student Council, you will need to attend a meeting TODAY during A or D lunch in room A219. In Student Council you will get to plan Homecoming, Prom, Penny Drive and many more activities. We hope you run for Student Council and good Luck Rams!

REMINDERS FOR FRIDAY NIGHT’S FOOTBALL GAME WITH WAHLERT:

The sophomore game starts at 5:00 p.m. and the varsity game will start at 7:30 p.m.

This is an intra-city game, so activity passes and athletic booklets may not be used. All students must purchase a ticket for this game. Tickets are $5.00.

Senior is the home team. Treat cheerleaders, band, and other spectators with proper respect. Show true RAM pride!! Please remain on the home side throughout the game. Also, throwing of objects in the stands is not allowed. Fans violating this policy may be removed from the game.

Please, stand at attention during the National Anthem. Also, if you are wearing a hat at this time, remove it.

The community’s focus will be on this intra-city game. This is not only an opportunity for us to show what an outstanding football team we have, but to also show the respect, sportsmanship, and class that Senior High expects from all of us. Keep cheers positive and appropriate and treat cheerleaders, band, and other spectators with proper respect. Show your true Ram class!

There are to be no banners, signs, or noisemakers used during the contest.

When the game ends, do not run onto the field. Please allow the teams to shake hands and the losing team to leave the field. After this has taken place, you can celebrate with our team.
