FYI: Ty Wittman placed 14th with a time of 15:53 at the 2010 State meet in Fort Dodge, IA Saturday. Next Saturday Nov. 6 Ty Wittman, Andrew Brimeyer, Tyler Runde, and Wes Westervelt will be running at the Senior All Star meet in Ankeny, IA. These runners were nominated and selected as 40 of the top seniors in the North East region. Only 40 runners of 75 schools were selected.

MEN'S TENNIS: This Saturday, November 6th, and the next Saturday, the 13th, there will be meet and play sessions at 11 AM on the Senior Courts. This is open to all boys who may be interested in playing for Senior this spring. BRING YOUR RACQUET!

SPORTS LOCKER CLEAN OUT: All fall athletes are asked to clean out their sports lockers by Friday November 5th. All contents from the lockers will be emptied and combinations will be changed on Saturday, the 6th.

JOB FAIR: Job Fair for many positions at Sundown Mountain Lodge Saturday, November 6 at Sundown Mountain Lodge. 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Great way to earn extra $ and get many discounts!

GIRLS BASKETBALL: There will be a meeting for all girls interested in playing basketball for Senior this winter. The meeting will be TODAY at 2:30 in room A-217.

COVERS OF COMFORT: Want to win a new I-Pod or movie tickets? Underclassmen, do you want the
chance to win a Senior lot sticker? Student council is raffling off all these great prizes. Buy raffle tickets in the Stuco Zone, located in the cafeteria, during your lunch time. Tickets will be sold now thru Nov. 5. One ticket for $1 and six tickets for $5. All profits will be going to the charity Covers of Comfort, a charity that sponsors fleece blankets donated to adult cancer patients.

BLOOD DRIVE: The fall blood drive will take place on Friday, Nov. 12th. Students interested in donating, must pick up a permission slip in the Stuco Zone. Permission slips must be returned before signing up for a donation time. All donors must attend an informational meeting on Thursday, Nov. 4th during "A" or "D" lunch. Donors must also attend breakfast the day of the drive. Staff are also encouraged to donate. Our goal is to have 65 units of blood donated.
